Connect Grok Bot to Second Brain

The Grok Bot app, connected to the cloud that holds your Second Brain.

Steps

Do these in order

In the Second Brain app press Add an AI. Name it, choose Grok, press Continue, then press Copy the paragraph. Leave the drop mode box ticked.
In Grok Bot press Connect apps and connect Dropbox or Google Drive: the cloud your Second Brain is in.
Paste the paragraph once, as the first message to your bot. It remembers it, so you do not paste it again. Then give your job. Press the Send button. In the Grok Bot app the Enter key can add a new line instead of sending.
When the job is done Grok saves a short note into the drops folder. The app files it. Every later job does the same.

Check it works

Give it a test job

Tell your AI: Mr Patel accepted our kitchen quote. The agreed price is £4,200 and work starts on 3 November. Confirm the job in one sentence.

Open the Second Brain app. Within about a minute a new entry appears on that AI's card saying Mr Patel accepted the quote at £4,200. If it does, you are done. Entries are never deleted, so leave it or ignore it.

If it does not work

3 things to try

Grok says it cannot reach the folder: step 2 is not done, or it is connected to a different cloud.
A note is in the drops folder but not in the app: press Check again. A note with a wrong file name is left in the drops folder and shown on the app's Health page.
Open the Health page in the app. It lists anything waiting or in conflict. Or email office@contigi.com: support is included for 12 months.

What we tested

Tested 6 October 2026

Tested 6 October 2026: a new bot was given the paragraph once. It wrote a correct note for the first job and for a second job with no second paste. The app filed both. A second new bot, given the paragraph once, read the diary and gave back both facts. It can only create new files, which is why it uses drop mode.
