  1. The free assessment.The 20 minute questionnaire and a 60 minute walkthrough of how your team actually works. Ask colleagues to fill the questionnaire in too; the more views, the better the result.
  2. The live demo, before you pay anything.On a call, I show you your own workflow and a live dashboard as they would look after the build: your jobs, your names, your numbers.
  3. The quote.The report ends on two named ways forward, each with a fixed price. Every recommendation carries 5 figures: the job, who does it, the hours it costs today, the hours after and what it costs to get there.
  4. The build, on your existing tools.Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your spreadsheets, your accounting package. A new tool is added only into a real gap, never as a replacement on day one.
  5. Handover.Your team trained, the AI agents yours, every instruction written down in your own folder. Then a day 7 review, where we tighten what the first week showed.

  • Nothing goes out without a person. Every email, proposal, invoice and post ends as a draft someone on your team approves.
  • Your data stays yours. The AI agents run inside your own accounts. What must never leave the business is written down before anything is built and it does not.
  • No new software for its own sake. The build starts from what your team already uses.
