Your Writing Voice

Your AI agent, writing in your own voice.

Out of the box, an AI agent writes in a generic, slightly stiff way. This tool fixes that. It reads a few things you have written, learns how you write and builds you a personal voice guide your agent loads before it drafts anything as you.

A person at a laptop reading an email that sounds like their own writing, with a calm, warm workspace.
Who it is for

Do emails from your AI agent not sound like you?

Then this skill is for you. It captures your tone, shape, habits and language, and your agent reads it every time it needs to write on your behalf.

How it works

Set up once, about 15 minutes

  1. Your name.It names your guide and writes to you by name.
  2. Your samples.Give it 3 to 10 things you wrote: emails, posts, an article, a chapter. More and more varied is better. They stay on your machine.
  3. It learns your voice.Tone, sentence shape, favourite words, emoji, greetings, sign-offs and languages.
  4. It builds your guide.A short file, Your-Name-writing-voice.md, with your voice as clear rules and a before-and-after example.
  5. It proves it.It writes a line in your new voice and asks: does this sound like you? You correct it, it tunes.
  6. You switch it on.With your yes, it adds 1 line to your CLAUDE.md so every session uses your voice. Never without asking.
What you get

What it captures

Your tone

Warm or cool, formal or casual, playful or serious.

Your shape

Short and punchy, or long and flowing. One idea a line, or full paragraphs.

Your habits

Openers, sign-offs, the words you reach for and the filler you never use, your emoji.

Your languages

If you write in more than 1, it learns when you switch.

The boundaries

What it will never do

  • Send your samples anywhere. They stay in your own files. Nothing is uploaded to Contigi or anyone else.
  • Change your CLAUDE.md without asking. The 1 line that switches it on is only added on your yes.
  • Copy your typos. It keeps your voice and still writes correct, clean English.
