Grill Me

Turns a messy idea into a clear first plan. Paste it into any AI chat, add your idea, and it interviews you one question at a time.

I run [your business]. Here is an idea or a job I want to think through: [describe it in a sentence or two]. Grill me: ask me one question at a time until you understand it well enough to give me a clear first plan. Do not give the plan until you have asked everything you need. Then give me the plan and the first small step I can take this week.

Follow-up Radar

The prompt from the demo. Point it at a Google Sheet or a CSV of your enquiries and it builds a "Follow-up today" list: who is waiting, what they asked for, the next action and a draft message you can check before sending.

You are my follow-up coordinator. Read this Sheet and create a new tab called "Follow-up today". Include only people I owe a reply or a next action. For each, show the person, what they asked for, the last contact date, what I promised, the next action, the due date and a short friendly draft message. Sort the most urgent first. Never send anything. Mark any missing information as "Ask me". Do not change or delete the existing data.

How to use the two prompts

  1. Open your AI assistant (the Claude desktop app, or claude.ai in a browser).
  2. Press "Copy" above, then paste the prompt into a new chat.
  3. For Grill Me, add your idea. For Follow-up Radar, connect your Google Sheet first, then paste.
  4. Read what it gives you, change anything you want, and you decide what to send.
